ATHLETIC RECOVERY IV WELLNESS

Athletic Recovery
IV Nutrition Therapy

Athletic Recovery IV Therapy is based on a reference formulation combining Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, magnesium, NAC and multiple trace elements, with a focus on post-exercise nutritional support and wellness management. These nutrients participate in normal energy metabolism, muscle and nerve function, and cellular antioxidant processes. At BMS Clinic, our doctors consider individual training demands, physical recovery and medical history when assessing suitable nutritional support arrangements.

FORMULA INGREDIENTS

Athletic Recovery Formula Ingredients

The reference formulation lists six groups of nutritional ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, NAC and trace elements. Each component participates in different normal physiological processes. Individual supplementation needs, formulation composition and suitability should be assessed by a doctor based on personal health information.

01 / VITAMIN B COMPLEX

Vitamin B Complex

Involved in normal carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, supporting energy metabolism and normal nervous system function.

02 / VITAMIN B12

Vitamin B12

Contributes to red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis and normal nerve function. It is an essential nutrient required for maintaining normal health.

03 / VITAMIN C

Vitamin C

Involved in collagen synthesis and supports normal immune function and cellular antioxidant defence.

04 / MAGNESIUM

Magnesium

Involved in normal muscle contraction, nerve signalling and numerous enzymatic reactions, playing an important role in energy metabolism.

05 / NAC

NAC (N-Acetylcysteine)

NAC is a derivative of cysteine and can serve as a precursor for glutathione synthesis. Its biochemical roles do not establish that intravenous supplementation can accelerate post-exercise muscle recovery.

06 / TRACE ELEMENTS

Trace Elements

The reference formulation includes elements such as zinc, copper, iron and chromium. These elements contribute to various enzymatic and metabolic functions. Supplementation type and dosage should be assessed according to individual needs and test results.

*Individual nutrients participate in normal physiological functions, but this does not establish that the complete IV formulation accelerates lactate clearance, reduces muscle inflammation, prevents cramps or promotes tissue repair. Iron, copper and other trace elements should not be routinely supplemented without confirming individual needs. Kidney function, electrolyte status and relevant risks must be assessed, with formulations, dosages and infusion arrangements determined by a doctor.

MEDICAL ASSESSMENT

Medical Assessment & Safety

Athletic Recovery IV Therapy is not suitable for everyone. Post-exercise fatigue or muscle soreness may be associated with training intensity, sleep, hydration and nutritional status. At BMS Clinic, our doctors review exercise habits, current health conditions, medications and allergy history, and may assess kidney function, electrolytes and trace element status where appropriate. Intravenous formulations containing magnesium, NAC or other minerals require consideration of contraindications, ingredient compatibility and infusion-related risks. Unusually severe muscle pain, significant weakness, dark-coloured urine or other acute warning symptoms following exercise require prompt medical assessment.

✓ Doctor-led assessment of exercise load, physical recovery and nutritional needs
✓ Evaluation of kidney function, electrolyte status and potential risks of trace element supplementation
✓ Administration and monitoring of the infusion process by qualified healthcare professionals
